With Craig Pursley
Enjoy a truly special artistic experience with Craig Pursley, a master of portraiture whose distinguished career spans police composite work, celebrity commissions, and iconic baseball portraits—some now housed in the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Reagan Presidential Library, and the New Hampshire State House. He is also a proud member of the Portrait Society of America.
Craig will complete a portrait live in the seating area near the front of the tent, offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at his process. As he works, he will share insights into how he builds color through warm and cool washes, captures texture, and achieves a compelling likeness. With the model present, the experience gains an added sense of connection and immediacy.
Guests are welcome to come and go or settle in and watch the transformation unfold from first marks to finished portrait. Questions are encouraged, curiosity welcomed. This is a unique opportunity to witness not just a portrait in progress, but the poetry of creation—brushstroke by brushstroke.
