Chef Giancarlo at EXPO

The Arizona Fine Art EXPO is collaborating with Chef Giancarlo and owner Glenn Wagner of Sogno Toscano Vineyard of Italy. Chef Giancarlo will demonstrate and share samples of delicious edibles, recipes and more.


Sogno Toscano is a family farm in Bolgheri, located in the heart of the Super Tuscan region of Tuscany. This is one of the most fertile lands of Italy and home of world-famous wines such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Guado al Tasso, and many others.

Sogno Toscano’s century old trees are grown in what is considered a blessed soil thanks to hundreds of miles of Mediterranean sea and over 70 square miles of forest. The soil is a miraculous biological mix, extremely rich in Iodine and Oxygen. We add profound dedication and hard labor to obtain an EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL that stands out when compared to any other product in the market.

Sogno Toscano has been producing olive oil since 1923, and in 2007 we began introducing our products to the best restaurants and chefs in the United States. Understanding the needs of our clients, we partnered with surrounding suppliers to come up with more quantity as well as different grades of olive oil.
