Always trying to figure out how things work and how to build them has always been a part of my inner self as a young boy.

My creative journey started with automobiles, by restoring and building custom cars for more than 20 years, as I matured and grew older it became more difficult to crawl in, around and under vehicles plus fabricate the many new parts.  Looking for the next creative adventure, I moved onto photography understanding the ways one can compose a shot, get the lighting just right and perfect the moment was very satisfying but I needed to use my hands as they have always been my real gift in life.

Once being introduced to Kiln-Formed glass, I became infatuated with the glittering shine and bright colors that pass through flawless clear glass.  I was so drawn to its beauty that I began to spend hours researching to find my way as a glass sculptor.  Like a sponge, I wanted to soak up information regarding the diverse and distinctive skills and techniques.   After experiencing hours of glass fusing I learned how to create my own unique signature that graces to each new sculpture I formed.

Born and raised in San Francisco, my art reflects the freedom and openness of the beautiful city of my youth.

I share a studio with my wife who is an accomplished acrylic artist and holds a degree in Art education.
