I love creating art using lots of materials from oil & acrylic paint, pencil, fabric, and papers. Each layer is interwoven with thoughts, experience and inspiration. I am seeking to learn new perspectives.
My work has been described as a combination of impressionistic and contemporary realism working with figures, animals and landscapes.
I have always been involved with the Arts. I have worked on stage set designs, poster art for bands, costumes for ballets and plays. I have illustrated over 75 children’s books and painted murals in homes as well as businesses in Ohio, New York, Arizona and Utah. I currently collaborate with my love and partner Scott on various projects. I have participated in one-woman shows and various group shows throughout the United States. All of these experiences continuously lead me to my next painting.
